My experience with the LINNER Mercury has been quite positive. I've had moderate hearing loss since my early 50s, and finding a device that doesn't feel bulky is a plus. This hearing aid fits discreetly and is lightweight, making it easy to forget I'm even wearing it.

Have been wearing hearing aids since I was a child and these are wonderful. I was not so sure about the rechargeable battery, but these last all day and put them in the charger overnight. The speaker is in the earpiece so it's really close to the eardrum and the sound is great. As with any hearing aids, it takes some time to adjust as it may sound robotic at first. That is the brain processing the sounds and eventually it will sound natural. For me it took a day and it sounds great and helps immensely with day to day life. The ear tips can be a little itchy at times, but I'll take them out for a couple of minutes or so and make sure they are clean and also my ears too. I know Linner makes other hearing aids, but these are by far the best ones. Very reasonably priced and work great! Very happy with this purchase!

The hearing aids were purchased for my elderly aunt. She was very pleased with them on her first use saying that her hearing was now like night and day. I have not heard one complaint from her.

No matter what I tried hearing aids would remain at high volume. I am not new to hearing aids but could not adjust properly. Also instruction booklet was not helpful at all.
