I was a little hesitant on getting this because it's messier and needs to be refrigerated but I'm glad I did. My old pups just partially tore her ACL so the vet decided the best course of treatment was to let her heal on her own and give her glucosamine to aid the heal. She said the liquid does seem to be more effective and benefits the pups quicker. I did see a difference in her within a week. Just give her a dose with breakfast and dinner, it's really quite simple to do and worth it to keep my sweet pup feeling good!
Large bottle with 32oz. Packed full of goodness with vitamins and minerals that can be given to dogs of all ages. Dosage chart on back goes by your dogs weight. My dogs like it mixed with fresh water and I give it to them daily. It's never to early or late to start giving your furry friends vitamins. Perfect for my German shepherd whose breed is prone to hip and joint issues later in life.
this is great for my 16 year old 🐶🐕 he can still play when taking this .he has arthritis but you can tell a huge difference and also not a bad price.i have gotten more expensive and this works fine.
I have this as a preventative aid for my dogs. They are getting older and this glucosamine will help keep their joints in good shape. I cannot get either of my dogs to take supplements in forms of tabs, pills, or chewables no matter how I try to disguise or incorporate them into their food. This liquid glucosamine is something they actually really like! One dog eats it straight off the spoon as im trying to add it to her food. The other waits for it to be poured onto his food before he eats it. This has been the easiest way to get them to take a supplement. It’s also a very large bottle and it has a helpful chart on the label for the weight of the dog vs the dosage and how many times a day. It’s very easy to understand.
My senior GSD has lost a few teeth so this liquid is so much better for him. I waited a few weeks to see how he would do. He seems to be getting much better in his hips. It seems to be doing its job. I’ll come back & update in another month to see how he is doing then. So far good glucosamine in a liquid form.
Seems to improve mobility
First off, this product was shipped to me with every precaution against seepage, spillage or the bottle leaking (see photos). I order a lot online and was very impressed at how the product was packed for shipment. The bottle was encased in a bubble, sealed pack that I had to cut open with scissors to access the 32 ounce bottle. This product contains 1600mg of Glucosamine Hcl, 1200 MG Chondroitin Sulfate and undisclosed amount of HA (Hyaluronic Acid). The formula also contains aloe vera juice, citric acid, potassium sorbate, vegetable glycerin, Stevia and water. There are some cautions such as pregnant or animals intended for breeding that safe use hasn't been proven so read the caution section carefully. For my small dog, the directions stated to shake the product well, and measure out two teaspoons; there is a weight chart to indicate what dosage you should use according to your pet's weight. (Refrigerate after opening the product). I mixed the formula in with my dog's food, and she didn't seem to turn her nose up at her food, she is a very picky eater. She finished her food with no issue each time I added the liquid which was daily. I haven't used this for very long but after a few days, she seems to be moving with more ease. I will continue to give her this supplement because I believe just like humans, as our pet's age their joints begin to deteriorate and anything I can do to lessen her pain as she ages, I'm all for.
My vet warned me that my Corgiranian could suffer from some joint issues as she ages - so I'm happily giving her glucosamine in hopes of keeping her healthy and jumping and bouncing around the house like a puppy! This is great because it's for any dog and clearly states what they should be given.
This supplement is easy to administer, I just mix it in my dogs dry food. She did not seem to like the taste clean, but it mixed into the food really well. I'm hoping great improves very little ones. She has been on it for about a week now and I haven't noticed much difference, but I am hoping that it will change. This is an easy supplement to give your pet and worth you try if you have a dog with sore joints. It has the consistency of vegetable oil.
Can't give a real review because my dog doesn't want to taste it, no matter how its presented. He loves chicken, but walks away when I dribble some on it, tried dropper, no way he'll spit and gag and walk right away. Wish someone could tell me how they get their dog to eat it. He is 10 years old and for as many vitamins, mini bites I've tried spits everything out. Had liquid vitamins and you'd think I was killing him trying to force that down, He loves his treats but not a cookies, chip or sweet eater. I'd love him to take this liquid for his legs and hips does someone have a suggestion that would work. Thanks
