I was looking around for months for a glider/rocker for my baby's nursery. I wanted something comfortable, good looking and most importantly, affordable. Who knew it would be so hard to find something to fit that description? The wooden gliders are not good looking, but I almost settled for one because it fit within the desired price range until I found this chair! This chair is comfortable, well-made and a steal for the price. A lot of other chairs like this go for $500+. The color options are awesome. I went with the navy/white stripes for a neutral nursery. I can't wait to use it when our little one arrives!
STOP SEARCHING!!I took the advice of everyone else and ordered this chair (unseen)for our baby boy nursery after looking at every baby furniture store for the perfect chair. NO ONE can beat this chair! It was 1/2 the cost of the one I thought I wanted for the nursery and the Enchanted Glider is MORE comfortable. We ordered the blue and white stripe with the matching ottoman and they look great in the nursery. Moms...the arms are low so you can fit the Boppy or My Breast Friend Pillows around you to nurse! I am 5'8 and my husband is 5'9 and we both find it comfy. The chair back is fluffy and high enough for us to rest our heads! The chair is very well made and I was pleasantly surprised with the fabric, it seems pretty durable. The ottoman fabric matches exact to the chair, glides with you and has a solid base. Honestly I was shocked at the quality of this piece coming from Wal-Mart as opposed to a baby store, it has exceeded our expectations and I hope it does the same for you! Wal-Mart was also quick with the ship to store option and sent us a text and email when the pieces arrived so that we could pick them up the same day. The staff there was great to work with and helped us load it. Give this chair a try, it is our favorite piece in the nursery!
I love the chair. The cushion you sit on is a little firm (not hard or overly firm) and the cushion your back leans against is nice and fluffy. It came completely put together so we didn't have to mess with that, some other reviews made it sound like there was an assembly, but it was ready to go out of the box. We also got the matching ottoman that glides with the chair. Our baby will be here in a few weeks and I'm already sitting in his nursery just hanging out in the chair! My biggest thing was that it glides, not just rock and that you can swivel. It does all of that. The chair seems to be made of good quality, so I have no complaints so far! So glad I ordered it!
We were going to go with the $159 upholstered rocker and switched to this chair last minute. I am SO glad we did! It is just the right size for a smaller nursery and is so comfy. I actually dozed off in it the first night we put it in the room. I'm 5'3" and am glad I have an ottoman. It might be difficult to rock/glide without one if you are shorter. My husband is 6' and he is comfortable in the chair as well. I did think that the chair was going to be more of an ivory/off white, (I ordered the black stripe) but it is definitely black and white. It's not glaring white bc of the stripes, but definitely much brighter than I expected, especially since all of the other options seemed to be muted tones. Not a big enough deal to rate it any lower, though. Sorry my photos loaded sideways!!
I was so impressed with this chair! Very comfy and rocks and glides very smooth. The size was perfect for our nursery. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great rocker glider and don't want to pay designer prices!
I was definitely hesitant to order this chair online without being able to test it out first, but after following everyone else's reviews, I'm glad we too ordered it! The fabric, comfort, and value for this chair is great and I have no regrets in getting it! The chairs at babies r us can't compare in terms of value and fabric. I simply couldn't be happier...well, a matching ottoman would definitely be nice, but we were able to come up with something that suited our overall decor. It simply looks great in our latest nursery. I wish I would have had this glider for our first daughter's room!

I got the black and white glider, and I'm very satisfied with the look and feel of this glider. It is alot cheaper than most glider's I've looked at. And, the quality is very nice, it is very comfortable and has alot of cushion. The only thing that's dissapointing about this product is the arm rest.. it's not high enough for taller ppl. My husband is 5'5 and he doesn't like how low the arms rest are. I'm 4'9, so it's perfect for me... altho I need a foot stool bc my feet can't touch the ground. It does it's job very well too, it glides/rocks smoothly and it turns from side to side smoothly too. It is super cute and it goes so well with my baby's room. Overall, great product!

The chair back cushion is very short. I'm 5'4"and it fits Mt head but it's too short for my husband. But the overall seat is high, so if i sit back, it's hard for me to touch the ground with my feet flat on the ground. I like to rest my head in the back of the chair, so I put my foot on a step to rock. I wish the chair was lower, or head rest a little higher.
