Bought this for my 3 year old for Christmas, and I was pleasantly surprised - it was by far the easiest item I had to put together! It is just a like a 'baby school" as my daughter calls it, and she plays with it constantly, pretending she is the teacher. Love it!
This playcenter is phenomenal! It is, however WAY overpriced. I got on clearance for $10, regularly $50. It's worth every penny I spent, including shipping (a total of $20). Mattel needs to make it a little sturdier, as the slide falls off, and the cardboard inserts don't stay in. HOWEVER, I put a little tape on the back of the cardboard to keep it in, and now my daughter plays with it everyday! She even figured out how to put the slide back on by herself. She loves the flushing potty and the soap dispenser, along with the songs and dolly highchair.
I bought this for my 5 year old daughter for Christmas. She loves it. She loves that the potty really makes a flushing sound. The fake toilet paper and soap dispenser are very cute.
This is an excellent product for the clearace price $10, not so much for the original price (I believe it was $49.99?) My 2 year old daughter loves it! She is obsessed with baby dolls! There are 2 issues I have with it. It is the slide comes unattached easily frustrating my daughter and also the cardboard decorations should be stickers because all she does is pull them out. Also they should have the other view oof the backside showing the potty piece But hey I can't be picky it was $10 with .97 shipping! Now I would be a little upset if I had paid full price.
We purchased this for our then 16 month old daughter, who loved to be able to put her teddy and dolls on the potty, high chair and slide. The unit as a whole is very flimsy (especially the slide). The potty and highchair can only hold small (12 inch) sized dolls. However, this really sparked my childs imagination and helped get her to start the potty training process. She plays with it alot even though I have to keep fixing the slide.
I got this for my 2 year old, and she loved it, but she wasn't exactly gentle with it, so it started coming apart. I'm sure it would be a great toy for someone over 2 though! very cute, nice details and set up isn't too bad either. Overall, I like it, just wish I waited a few years to buy it so my daughter could've enjoyed it more!!
The item falls apart very easily. The slide will not stay attached and the high chair is to small for the doll. There is a lot of cardboard and cheap plastic that makes up the item. The only "good" thing on it is that it has a toilet that makes flushing sounds.
I bought the doll that goes with this product and thought it was wonderful for my daughter (2yrs). My mother bought the little mommy play and learn center to go with the doll. From the first moment it seemed very flimsy and like the other review, the slide was falling off all the time. My daughter did like it for a little while, but then she just got frustrated with it. For the price, I was very disappointed with the quality and would not recommend spending your hard earned money on this product.
Fell apart 2 minutes after the kids started playing with it.. Might work for a much older child (like 8-10) Everything just comes off and apart... Poor quality. I ended up returning this. Not worth the $10 I paid for it... : (
I purchased this product for a Christmas present and wasn't happy at all. The original price of $49.95 is absolutely ridiculous. This product is small and not well put together. The concept is good but they just needed to go a step further and make it actually worth playing with. The cardboard decorations come out too easy and get all bent up. The tray for the high chair is to hard to put on and take off. The slide falls off too easy. The best part is the potty seat.
