These saline drops/spray is a lifesaver for my sons (ages 2 and 10months). I use this spray at the first sight of a runny nose or cold. This helps loosen everything up and makes it easier for them to breathe. I only use these drops/spray and nothing else, and within a couple of days, their runny nose/cold is gone! The only thing I would say is a con for me is when there is not much product left in the bottle it does not spray well.
I ordered 3 packs one of them came empty.
