I bought this for my 17 month old daughter. She LOVES it like I knew she would. I have been waiting to buy this for months and am not disapointed in the least. You do have to assemble it but it is pretty easy. The only problem is the anteneas keep comming out when my daughter tugs on them. She doesnt tug hard at all. But I just set them back in hoping shell forget about them comming out. The sterring wheel is only for play so kids just use their feet to steer. It rolls really easily which is really nice for the little kids. My cousin who is six days younger than my daughter also LOVES it and my little nephew who is 2 yrs old also LOVES it. This is by far the popular toy. The horn squeeks really easy and is very quiet. This is a very inexpensive toy if you ship it directly to the store. You get MORE than what you pay for I'd say!
This was a b'day present for my granddaught. She has given it HOURS of playtime in just over the month she's had it. This has become her FAVORITE toy. I give this two thumbs up!!
I got this as a 1st birthday present for my niece. She's a little short for it, but my 2- and 4-year old sons and her 4-year old brother had a great time playing with it. My only complaint is that the antennas can come off (you're supposed to bolt them on, but the holes to do this weren't drilled through). This was a plus for the kids, as they pulled them off and pretended that they were bumblebees! It's a great value and looks like it will last.
love littletykes, thier products always stand up. bought this for my friends 1 1/2 year old, but my 4 year old decided he needed to try first. held up and is an awesome toy/ride for outside, love it!
My daughter has had this a little over a week now, ever since Santa brought it for Christmas. She totally loves it! It scoots around wherever she wants it to go. Lately she's been saying in her prayers "Thank you for my bumble bee car." We have only used it inside so far because it's winter, so I can't say how it will hold up outside. Inside, it's doing well. I had been looking for a toddler car, the kind with a roof, but couldn't afford those pricey models. Then I saw this one and only had to fork over 19 smackers, and used free site-to-store shipping, what a deal! I was a little concerned that the car might be too small for her, since I have such a big girl. My 2 1/2 year old is really tall for her age, people usually think she's a year older. But she fits in this with room to spare, so I think she'll be able to use it for a while. The assembly was a little challenging, but not impossible. What we didn't expect was having to use a hammer to attach the wheels. So there we were, very late on Christmas Eve, down in the basement with a hammer, muffling the sound with towels so we wouldn't wake our daughter up! In the end it was worth it, though. I highly recommend this car over the pricier enclosed toddler cars.
I read reviews for this on other websites saying it was really difficult to put together and not a good product but I did not find that AT ALL! It was very easy to put together and I daughter loves it.
ITS A GREAT PRODUCT,MY DAUGHTER LOVES IT
My niece really enjoyed this toy. It's bright and playful. She loves sitting and going backwards in it. It was alittle smaller then I was thinking it was going to be but it turned out to be the right size for her. The only downside to this toy that I found is the wheels are alittle to stiff when you first put it togeher. You have to wheel it around alittle after you put it together to loosen them up. But I would buy it again if I have another niece.
She loved the toy but I wish there was a way to keep the child from falling through the toy. She slips out when she is sitting in the seat. If there was a strap or plastic piece between the seat and front of the toy it would be easier for her to stay in the seat.
I am so disappointed! This is such a cute riding toy. I was so looking foward to giving this to my little girl. I put it together and theres no room for the her feet and the wheels dont turn they just slide across the floor. I think they have the right and left wheel mix up. If you put the right on left and left on right I found it rides better. But I already put the back legs on and now I cant get the wheel off to see how all 4 work that way. So sadly Im returning it.
