My baby loves her kitchen so that she can cook for everyone and she can learn as well. The sink should not get wet though because we had to have it replaced once.
This kitchen was a Christmas gift for my 3 year old grandson. He absolutely loves it!!! It was easily put together, for the most part (I was a bit confused at the adjustable screen display stand, but it only took a few minutes to get that perfectly assembled, too. It should also be noted that I don't assemble things too often, either.). I would highly recommend this product for any little tyke who wants to emulate mom or dad in the kitchen. The realistic sounds are SO COOL! He is having a blast, and I am one happy grandma. I am hoping that this gives him years of fun. I think it is an excellent toy at a reasonable cost.
The kids love it! Perfect size for my 2 and 4-year-old. My husband put it together, said he had to put screws through the plastic, other than that it was an easy assembly. It's got a lot of piece to go with it for play, the kids love it!
Iove it! the reviews scared me a bit but honestly it was easy to build and very sturdy for my 2 year old I haven't given it to him yet it's his Christmas gift but I'm definitely glad I read the reviews first so I could get a tablet that was compatible with the kitchen can't wait for my son to play with it! I just hope they add more to the app it's nice for now but I'm sure a lot more can be added
I bought this two weeks ago on my 5th daughters birthday. She is enjoying each and every set accessories. They should include a stool too.
This is a awesome buy for $89! (I had a coupon) The only issue it's a pain in the Axx to connect but when it does it's so cool! Make sure your device is up to date. I would recommend this for a toddler! Easy to put together and yes you have to drill into the plastic a few times. Sturdy, lots of goodies, and the interaction is awesome once it gets working! Happy mom can't wait for Christmas for a happy boy!!
Purchased this last December as a Christmas present for my now 2yr old daughter. It's well built, other than the sink nozzle which just recently busted off. Also, there was a piece broken off attaching the sink to the base, which made construction frustrating for a minute, until I realized (thank goodness) it ultimately wouldn't make too much of a difference. My daughter loves all of the accessories (dishes, food, utensils, potted veggies & "garden"), as well as the lights & sounds, such as the sink turning on, sizzling/boiling sounds, stove door opening & closing, etc. However, the main draw to this kitchen that separated it from others, was the app feature where you could connect to their specialized app to interact with the cooking utensils & accessories that have computer chips in them, & play along with the app in new creative ways while your own tablet is displayed in the adjustable holder. This would've been wonderful, but unfortunately the app has NEVER worked, still 8 months later. I downloaded the app, open it, press the kitchen button to send the signal to connect my kitchen to the app, & nothing. I continuously just get a loading circle going around & round, & round, & round. Very frustrating, & extremely disappointing that my daughter is unable to utilize her kitchen's features to their full potential. I want to say everything else is great, but when the connection to the app is half, if not more of the appeal, then I'm just left feeling bamboozled.
- This toy is on the small side and a bit unstable but it's your basic plastic kitchen quality. If you are looking for a substantial kitchen, with plenty of cup board space, look elsewhere. - It was not difficult to put together, but took some patience, as a few of the holes didn't exactly line up -- e.g., there would be four holes for a square piece: 3 were were lined up perfectly while 1 needed to be s-q-u-e-e-z-e-d just a bit to get it in. - All the parts were in my box, though a few of them were in different bags than I initially expected, which caused a few moments of worry. - The app *and* bluetooh (you need both!) doesn't work with as many devices as you might think. It's more than a bit random (e.g., it worked on my 2-year plus old Android 4.4 phone but not my brand new Android 6.0 tablet). - The RFID chips work mostly well, though you need to teach your kid to spin the item on the scanner if it doesn't recognize it (don't slam it, dearie!). - The songs and recipes are fun for little ones, but more than a bit repetitive. They are also not that complex. There is a reason it gives "Toddler" and "Pre-school" as the two cooking levels. Once your child gets to kindergarten or 1st grade, they likely will outgrow this, both literally (size wise) and from an interest level. All in all, my 5-year old likes it. But she'll likely outgrow it more quickly than I would hope. Perhaps if they update the app and add some new recipes & songs, that would extend the life. We'll see.
I brought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter . My daughter loves the kitchen but it won't connect to the tablet. Unfortunately we threw the box out before we realize it didn't work. Its a nice set but I would have brought a cheaper one if she was not going to be able to connect it to the tablet and use app.
I was so excited to get this for my 2 year old for Christmas.... then we attempted assembly. Parts of this were poorly made and we had to use knives and shrub trimmers to get pieces cut off that weren't supposed to still be attached to the kitchen. See attached photo. It took almost 2 hours to assemble and a lot of headache.
