I got this for my God Daughter who is 18 months. She goes to a school during the day to interact with kids and she always goes for this drum and loves it. So I bought her one for the house and her mother is going to kill me. She loves this thing, goes around beating the drum and everything else in the house. Glad I don't have to deal with it, but its great for toddlers.
Well, for starters, I was for some reason expecting this to be some type of musical drum, but surprise ------- NOT. It would have been nice if this drum played some music (like some of the Leap Frog drums), but I guess you can't have everything in a under $15 drum. A little boring for my taste, but atleast the drumsticks are nice & big. Put some music on for your kid, and he or she will figure out the rest. Happy banging, baby!
