you only have to take 1 and it's a well rounded supplement if you can find a decent calcium supplement to take with it
Have used only this brand for months.
I had been taking these supplements separately for years. My doctor's office recommended that I try these as this is what they take. I have been extremely happy with them. Nice to have one pill instead of three.
The supplement is excellent. By taking this, I have been able to remove Tylenol PM to sleep completely. I have noticed that it also does help greatly in reducing the violent leg and foot cramping that I suffer from. I still get cramping, but no as often and not as strong. I take 2 capsules before bedtime every night. I tried taking one earlier and one at night but find taking 2 together before bed helps me better. It also contains 25mcg of D3 (1000 mg)so that's another pill I don't have to take. I highly recommend this as this has given me the most relief yet and I don't have to take a prescribed drug which only add to the pain. I am so happy that Walmart carry's this!
This supplement prevents or lessens migraine headaches. It works for me and I gave a bottle to my DIL and it is working for her too. It is a life saver. This brand was given a best review as the best one to get.
This product gave me energy to get out of bed and helping me get motivated. I take 3 a day. After 2 weeks it started working. I wish I found it decades before. It didn't do anything for my mom or sister but they weren't having depression or lack of motivation to begin with.
This was recommended to me by my Dr. I have terminal cancer and my legs were very painful, making it hard to sleep at night. This really helped me out, I am sleeping much better due to less pain.
It takes a few days for magnesium to get in your system to notice it working, so can't say much yet.
After taking this before bed for a few days, I‘be been sleeping by so much better. I've suffered from insomnia for years and this helps me fall asleep and stay asleep longer than anything else I've tried. I'm on my third bottle. Will continue to buy
Works amazingly well. Had back problems and have been able to stop going to chiropractor.
