I just bought this for the first time and I absolutely love it. The chicken is tender and the barbecue flavor is excellent. I am honestly surprised at how much I did enjoy it! Thank you for making such an excellent and easy to prepare meal.
This is so tasty! There is enough for 2 people to have 2 very full sandwiches each. It's a little spicy but not too much. Very enjoyable! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I tried Lloyd's BBQ chicken for the first time ever, I grilled a bun in butter and loaded it up with Lloyds with a piece of cheese and wow is it something special. I can make 4 quarter pound bbq sandwiches for five dollars,what a value. Thanks Lloyds.
For a fast, super easy meal, you can't beat this product. All you have to do is add buns and a side! This is my go to meal when I don't have time to cook.
We've seen this on the shelf many times but I generally like to cook everything from scratch. I wasn't able to so we picked this up. For the price, the value is good. There's enough for 4-6 sandwiches. The chicken was tender but the sauce was just too tangy, like vinegar tangy, not regular tangy!
I would say about 30% of this product was cooked blood. Literally, grainy and nasty, the taste and texture was unmistakable, though I'm sure they thought the sauce would disguise it. I got a refund but I'm never buying this brand again.
I bought this last night and had it for dinner. I have a 2 year old and 4 year old. Theyes tried it and didn't really like it - which is fine. Kids don't tend to like new foods at 1st. HERE is the issue...I placed the meat on a bun and started eating. A few bites in, I bit into bone!! What if one of my girls had eaten the chicken on a bun...would they have choked or spit it out. I'm worried they could have choked on it. This product needs warnings!
I vented the film; cooked it for 90 seconds…peeled film, stirred, put it back in for 90 seconds…took it out and noticed a burnt chunk which I scooped out. Took a spoonful and decided it wasn't quite warm enough. When I went to put it back in the microwave I noticed that the bowl had actually melted through on the side (pretty sure that's what the chunk of burnt stuff actually was and not chicken. Threw the rest out because not worth eating melted plastic.
This container was only half full and the chicken was too fatty and could not eat it. Will not big from Lloyds again
Basically, BBQ sauce that a small amount of chicken fell into. It's not worth getting.
