Worked perfectly, highly recommend getting the taller one vs the shorter one, gives a lot more range of use. Very easy and simple to use. Folds up nicely. Not very heavy, but very solid. Nice design.
First order short parts, second order short same parts, Walmart staff very helpful, resolved issue, your supplier may need some help making sure everything is in the package before shipment.
I bought this 60" tripod to replace my 48" (Lodge) tripod.When cooking chili in a dutch oven over the fire, I was unable to put enoughr air between the pot and the fire, occasionally causing the food to scorch and stick to the bottom of the pot. The problem is now solved with the much taller 60 inch model. The base can be adjusted to accomodate the size of my dutch oven, and the heavy duty chain can be used to fine tune the height. My only regret is that I didn't learn of this tripod years ago as it would've prevented some of the scorching that occurred with my previous tripod
I have used my tripod several time now and have been pleased each and every time. Sturdy and easy to use, can easly hold a large dutch oven.
Very Handy, very sturdy, easy to pack up
Very pleased with the quality of the tripod the chain is a lot heavier than you would think . I made a pot of beef stew and had no problem breaking up the meat in the pot. Well worth the money
This tripod is the perfect size for cooking with a Dutch oven over a solo stove fire pit. Strong, one piece legs, well constructed. Worth the price in my opinion.
Haven't used it yet but its exactly what I was looking for . Good height for camp fires and sturdy.
This is a win. Great purchase. We hung a full 8 qt iron Dutch oven from it and it worked GREAT! The cowboy soup was the best part of the camping trip.
