Purchased this for gaming purposes. The sound quality is excellent. Mic feature has natural sound. Very pleased with the purchase. Shopped around and the price was great too.
It's a great headset but it's not Bluetooth or wireless in any way but other than that it's a great headset
I was expecting a cheaper quality product considering the price and received the nicest headphones I've ever used for gaming.
Great build quality, but 2 things to note: - they swapped out the braided cable for a rubber one - the mic switch on that cable rattles so I tied a bit of elastic string around it which is why I rated it 4 stars https://www.reddit.com/r/LogitechG/comments/zg6qq4/logitech_g_pro_x_headset_microphone_switch_rattle/ No complaints about the mic or sound quality and is comfortable to wear for long zoom calls. I like that the cable, mic, and earcups are all replaceable so this headset should last a really long time.

i was shipped the older model instead of the updated model. hopefully this does not happen to anyone else.
The headset was the correct one - a Logitech G Pro. However, the USB Lightspeed dongle was for a Logitech G733. These do not work together, so the Logitech G Hub software did not recognize the headset and the sound quality was awful. More care should be given by this vendor to what they send out.
