It was Exactly What I needed At a good price
I have had almost immediate results in regulating my IBS since beginning this Probiotic . I am very impressed by how quickly this has worked for me and helped my digestive system. I like that the back lists the specific bacterial ingredients as I like to be aware of what is in any supplements that I take.
I am writing this review on the Longevity Probiotic 40 Billion CFUs for Colon Digestive Health. So I am a bit mixed on this review. I do like all of the ingredients in this product. But after a week and a half I can't say I've really noticed any difference. And the pills are a bit large and hard to swallow. I am going to continue taking them for the health benefits. And hopefully there will be long term benefits in doing so. I would recommend them to anyone looking to better their colon digestive health.
These Longevity Probiotics are small, powder filled capsules. It's recommended to take one in the morning, and one at night. I usually do not eat when taking them, and they don't cause stomach upset. The capsules are easy to swallow. I've been taking them as directed for 2 weeks and I've noticed that my stomach feels pretty good. I can't pinpoint any absolute positve outcomes so far, but they've not caused any issues either.
Longevity Probiotic 40 billon CFU for colon digestive health is packaged very neatly with a sealed top and when taken doesn't have a chalk or metallic taste. It goes down easy and I like to take with food or a snack since I'm just used to taking medicine with food. No upset stomach nor diarrhea if you were curious. So I'm going to finish the product and hopes it works as stated.
I have been taking probiotics for over 25 years. I started back when you had to special order and they came on ice and were very expensive. This one is OK but, I don't feel it's as quality as some are. I would not recommend it and think you can get better ones at your local health food store.
