I was happy to receive these Longevity Premier K2 plus D3 vitamins in return for review. The fact that the D3 vitamins include K2 is a big plus. I like the size of these vitamins. Sometimes I have difficulty swallowing larger pills. These are a nice size and slide down easily. It seems most of the doctors anymore recommend vitamin D3 for all of their patients. These vitamins came delivered with a very nice thank you card. The card starts out: Thank you for your order. My name is John. I have received other products that include a similar card. And I love it. It makes me feel like I am dealing with a small town business and they really appreciate my order. I have been taking these vitamins. I have always taken vitamin D3, but I like these ones. It takes time to see the results but it really makes a difference. I would recommend these vitamins to anyone. And I believe I will stick with this brand. The included card really touched my heart. I will continue to give him my business.
I am always a little skeptical about taking over the counter supplements but I can say after a little research into the Longevity Premier Vitamin K2+D3 and taking the product for a few weeks now that I feel a little better than I felt before which is always a good thing when you are getting a little older in life. From what I've read online the D3 has anti-aging and longevity benefits. K2 helps with bone density by activating a protein. I also like that I only need to take 2 pills a day. The pills are gel-coated capsules that are easy to take. I have read that some people might require an increased dosage. It is always a good idea to talk to your doctor before you start taking a supplement.
Most D3 supplements are gel capsules, which I have a hard time taking. These are more like a pill, and it's so much easier for me to manage them than the gel caps. I also love the 5000 IU of D3, I work in a building with no windows and I get little to no D3 naturally. This is the perfect supplement for me!
