I use this every 4-6 weeks and Zi have for over 2 years. I love the color and the blue color as you place it on. I use the bottle directly on my hair to paint the perfect highlight line. I have not used the devisevthst comes with it. I am happy with the color!
I bought this product in number 63 and not only do I love it my husband who has never noticed before noticed it today and said he really likes the color. I started out Dark Brown and now I have light brown with the best high lights. This is going to be my product from now on plus I am going to order several boxes to have on hand. Thank you L'Oreal for developing such a GREAT product.
Saw this product in a "best-of-beauty" article and decided to try it. Didn't have much luck with the wand as it made the coverage area too wide in the first swipe I tried, so instead just drizzled it in strips down strategically-placed hair strands. I must say that the outcome was fantastic! Looks similar to when I go to the hairdresser. Will be purchasing this again. Only downside is the ammonia smell is strong, but I toughed it out for 30 minutes. Well worth the time, effort, smell for great results for short money.
I'm so glad I did NOT see the negative reviews before I tried StarLights C100. I had been covering my grey with a pale blonde for years, then last time I was going to color, noticed it was coming in a nice cool white tone. I've been letting it come in naturally but the old blonde color had stopped fading and was quite yellow and obvious. I used this product to break up the old blonde color areas to produce a more even result- now it looks like I have just a few pale blonde streaks in my otherwise white hair. Looks great, and so natural. Instructions were simple, and I used a combination of the applicator and my gloved fingers. No bad smell, and more than enough product. Couldn't be happier!
This works great! i have thick medium to long hair that is grey. it gave me more of the platinum blonde look I was going for.
I used feria to lift my hair from a dark brown to a very light brown and i was extremely pleased with the color and didn't cause much damage either, but the smell was crazy strong could still smell it in my hair 2 weeks later!

Don't get me wrong I love L'Oreal but the Ultra Pearl blonde didn't work on my brown hair and I was hoping to lighten my hair but now is so ugly, I'm so sad.
