It arrived quickly and in good condition. I'm using it now and it works well, as expected. I would recommend this product.
I will never wear any other liquid eyeliner. This is the only one with a sturdy tip that allows me to draw the perfect line. I always shake before use and then wipe against the top before placing on eyes.
Walmart has not only been first to find this but also last to find this liquid eye liner! Can count on finding L'Oréal Felt tip liner here!

This is the best eyeliner on the market. I have tried several brands, and this one is by far the best. There is no no dripping, no caking, and you can make thin lines if you want to. The handle is easy to manage. It is often sold out at many stores. I was lucky to find it online at Walmart!

This item is difficult to find. I preferred it in a dark brown, but when this was the only one available I figured I'd try it. It goes on well and stays on all day. When I occasionally go put too much on it comes off easily with a Q-Tip. This is the best eye-liner I've ever had. I buy them 2 at a time now. Good price and delivery from Walmart.
This seriously is the best eyeliner. I was never a fan of the liquid stuff since its hard to put on correctly and can get "gloopy" rather quickly. This si nothing like that, if you can draw a line with a marker then you can put on eyeliner. Its amazing, no joke! Sadly, i have 5 Walmart stores within 30 mines of where i live and only ONE still carries this eyeliner! If they ever discontinue it i will have to go someplace else :(
I've tried so many different type of liquid liners with and without felt tips, this one just works. The tip is flexible enough for me to get natural curved lines on my lid without struggling or pulling on my skin. Even on days I'm using my oilier or heavier moisturizers and creams, without prepping my lid in any other way, the product stays on all day without smearing or flaking. It washes away cleanly at the end of the day. It doesn't irritate my eyes when I'm wearing contacts. Carbon black color is beautiful and striking. I've received so many compliments on my eyeliner when I use this product. It does tend to get dried out in the bottle more quickly than I would like it too, however, I'll take that over a change in formulation. I love this formula and applicator!
felt tip is nice and easy to use but the product itself does not stay. essential liquid liner from elf for a buck is even better than this!
