I have used Loreal Sublime lotion in the past to tan and even out areas that the sun wouldn't and there was no color difference whatsoever. I decided to try the serum and see how it does. After the 1st use, I had a peachy/bronzish color. I will caution that if you have dry areas or razor burn to moisturize them well before applying and rub in completely. Every review I have read recommends this and I agree. I had one streak from my knee to mid-shin because I had just shaved and had razor burn which makes skin dry and itchy and didn't apply moisturizer. After the 2nd use, I had a more golden tan all over. No streaks anywhere (except the prior one which was lighter because the rest of my skin was darkening). I will be very excited to see what tomorrow brings after this 3rd application. Right now, the color is a beautiful golden tan, just like what I get with the sun or the tanning bed. The only drawback so far is that after the 1st use on my face I had a slightly orange tint in spots. It wasn't that noticeable and a little bronzer blush covered it. It was gone after the 2nd use.
This stuff works. It dries quickly. I used it twice in one day and it did not get on my clothes or sheets. I was in a wedding and it was hot. I did not start sweating brown like Christina Aguilar! Lol. I liked the color it gave my skin. It was noticeable. I used it on my face and it did not break me out. The smell was ok too. Not great but not bad either. I used this and another brand and had no problems. I did not care for the glitter in it though but it is barely noticeable.
For the first time I have found a sunless tanner that I love. It looks so natural on my skin.I hardly wear dresses without a tan. I go to work now without any leggins. I love it. My arms does not look so old. YEA! I t does not leave a terrible order on your skin. It has a pleasant order. I will continue to buy this serum as long as it is on the store shelves or online.I went today and Walmart is sold out so I decided to go on line and order it. I can only get it in the 3.4fl.oz size at the store hope I can get it in a larger size online. Love it!
I really like how quickly it starts working. Wear gloves to apply wash hands thoroughly and beware around knees to elbows and feet make sure you you rub it completely into skin.

ok so everyone this is having problems with this stuff must not know how to read directions or use google. the first time I tried this stuff was in a small sample tube and it said it over and over on that small bottle to add one drop to your moisturizer. I fell in love with the stuff ever since. when I bought a bottle I was surprised it came in such a large bottle. I use it year round on my face adding one drop to my face oil and in warm months add several drops to my lotion for my body. please ppl exfoliate before you use any self tanner just make your own sugar scrub :)
I like the color product gives. More than one application is needed for best results. It can spot easily and can have harsh lines more easily than other products. Also, the bottle says that it lasts up to 2 weeks, which is a joke! I was really hoping this was true but the color was quick to come off and look patchy. All this considered, I still really like this product.
I bought this yesterday. Tried it for the first time last night. I have fair to medium skin, I usually get fairly dark in the Summer anyway, but I am trying to avoid the sun so I tried this. It is definitely NOT streak-free. I have streaks all over the backs of my arms and stomach. It is a good color though, but it doesn't take 3 days to appear. It is quite dark after the first day. I'm going to try to exfoliate tonight and try to remove some of these streaks. Hopefully it will be more even after the second coat.
This supposedly stays on 2 weeks. Nope. Fades with the first shower and doesn't fade well. I looked like I had some kind of skin disease. It looked good the first day except for my hands and feet. Yes I've used these types of things before so I knew to expect it to hold more around my hands and feet. I haven't found a self tanner that works for me at all.
I bought this because it is supposed to produce the longest-lasting sunless tan with buildable color and quickly. it is not tinted, so you cannot see where you have applied, and with it being the consistency of a runny lotion, it is easy to apply unevenly. It takes about 12 hours to develop, and I was disappointed with how light it was after first use. Even worse, it was splotches, especially around difficult areas like my ankle bones and in between my fingers, despite taking extra care. no matter how well I washed my hands after use, nor how meticulous I was about applying it around my feet, knees, elbows, and hands, it always left noticeable splotches. Gloves, mitts, sponges, etc none helped prevent those either. I dont understand why this still exists when the mousse and spray work so much better without streaks. the color comes out better and lasts longer too. This product is one that should be retired in my opinion.
