I loved the look of this shoe but unfortunately it did not work on my foot. The strap across my toes hit at a bad place and no amount of adjusting would take care of the problem. As far as the foot bed supporting the arch in my foot, that was great. Since I knew another size would not make a difference I had to return the shoe. Please make sure to know that when requesting a refund (not exchange) you will be charged 6.95.
