I had an open skin infection. In three days, a regimen of washing with an antimicrobial skin cleanser followed by a liberal spraying of Lotrimin eliminated all symptoms. The sting from that first application, however, had me in tears, but that won't keep me from using it again.

I think it's worth it to pay the extra money for the brand-name rather than a generic. Lotrimin is fast and effective for athletes foot as well as other places on your body that get red and itchy because of heat or sweat.
My boyfriend excepted some steel toe shoes from a friend. He needed them for work and didn't have the money to purchase new ones. He got athletes feet but this product cured it in about 4 days.
After coming home from work, his feet would really stink so I bought him the spray to see how it works. It works great.

I have Ben using tolfanate spray nonstop I purchased over 12 cans in total I actualy did not have any luck until switching to a brand I never even Hurd of before from Amazon 1 can and my fungus is almost gone I just ordered another to finish the job
