This is my go-to for a quick, low fat lunch.
Great for crab meat salad and was a good buy. Price was excellent
I use them in salads or just eat for snack or put in stir fry.
I like that it can be used in many recipes. My only dislike is that as it cooks it tends to unravel.

I ordered 2 crab delights imitation crab meats package and they me 2 different ones 1 was Flake style and 1 other was leg style they have to pay attention to what their putting in orders how do someone now if am or my daughter is Allergic to either one? Not please with this
