loved it. because after my surgery I can put it away and that's one less bulky thing I'm going to have around the house but it works wonderful is almost as good as buying the pillow one that you can't deflate and fold away that's one big advantage
Product was only used a few weeks of total time before it developed a pin hole leak in the corner. This is manufacturer defect the company refuses to address. After very little use, this leg support started deflating by morning. I used hot glue to fix the hole, but the fix only lasted a few days. A second hole developed at a side seam. I attempted multiple times to work this out with the Lounge Doctor's customer support, but their management would not recognize the design/manufacturing flaw in this product. It appears their warranty is for 90 days now. However, since it's a traveling pillow, you could use it once or twice during that period of time, and then it may develop leaks. The support is very comfortable, yes. However, the experience with the company failing to address its issues is disturbing. Dozens of reviews on other sites say the same thing about the product! I've asked them to remedy the situation again, so I'll report back my findings. Until then, I urge you to look elsewhere for a leg support that will last.
