I have a super Diligent skin care routine to begin with, but as I've gotten older I've realized how important it is to also nourish your skin from the inside out. This simple man is helping me do just that! I've only been using for two months, so I'm super excited to see six months from now how my skin continues to improve. I am someone who doesn't really get breakouts unless it's hormonal and I feel like my last cycle it was definitely fewer.
I think it's too early to know how well it will work but so far so good! This is my first bottle and I'm half way or so through it. I have been taking daily love and xomegas for over 6 months now and love them! I am sure I will love this probiotic too!
I've been using this for approximately 2 months and it's been a game changer in reducing my acne. I'm a nurse and have to wear a mask for 13hours a day and it's really taken a toll on my skin. I've spent so much money on other products that did nothing but this I noticed an improvement in my skin texture after about two weeks of consistently using. If you're thinking about it, try it!

I recently decided to try the skin probiotic. It's only been a month and before I was out, I immediately added it to my subscription. It's been a great addition to my routine. It doesn't have a taste. I'm truly impressed with the entire probiotic line.
I chose this supplement as I transitioned off of hormonal birth control to support my skin's health and I'm so glad I did. So far, it's helping my skin stay balanced, supporting my gut health, and the chaste berry is also great for hormone balance as well.
I've been on these for almost a month now and I can actually see a difference in my skin. My rosacea is less red and I have way less bumps on my face and randomly on my body. I also take these with the good girl probiotics. And I really think it helps.
My skin has been much more regulated since starting this supplement. I'm only 60 days in, but plan to keep taking it!
I'm on my third month and I think it's helping with cystic acne, or at least not making it worse, but it hasn't totally been a miracle solution yet. I'm going to stick with it. This brand came recommended from a green/natural esthetician so I do trust it. I've also started trying some of their other products, so time will tell.
I usually take the clear skin probiotic when I am on my period to help with breakouts. It's a great addition to my skincare routine when I need it.
