I bought this for a relatively higher dose to boost my immunity and overall wellbeing after my surgery.
I love these, I recently had major abdominal surgery, and after a few months, my digestive system still was slow, since taking these, I'm not bloated and back to feeling great. . just wish there was a 90-day supply.
I added a probiotic to the regular supplements I take daily a few years ago. It makes a big difference in not just my digestion but my overall health. So many of our systems have their foundations in our gut, including our immune system & our hormonal balances. This is Excellent product, clean ingredients and great quality!
there is nothing bad I can about this product. the service is fantastic. I ordered online, and they came quite quickly, considering I am in the UK. the packaging is fantastic, very much protected. the capsule is easy to swallow and does not get stuck or leave a bitter taste in your mouth. now the best bit. since my partner and i started taking this capsule, we both feel fantastic he suffers from ibs, and his stomach has not been half as bad. His stomach cramps have almost gone, no more spending hours on the toilet. for me, I suffer with constipation. Well, I did before, but no longer. the best part of it is that we are both in very pleasant moods, we feel more full of energy, and my house is sparkling clean. The dogs legs have been walked off. over all I give this product 5 stars only because I can't give more. 5 stars for delivery. 5 stars for the quality. 5 stars for the supplement. 10 stars for the effect on our bodies.
Quality is good , ingredients is perfect , taste is nice , size worth it ,package is good , benefit is visible , it's fir diet ,supplement , digestion, microbiome , absorption, gut , constipation ,
unique probiotic with stomach and mental wellbeing ingredients .Currently on my first bottle and start to feel relatively better in terms of overall digestion and mental health. Unfortunately the price is on the higher side for 1 months supply which reflects its quality .
I got this supplement because I was feeling itchy down there so I decided I needed to improve my gut health. I also like the fact that it came with ingredients such as turmeric and ashwaganda. It has improved my microbiome as I don't feel itchy anymore but I also did other things such as yoghurt, pickles, and apple cider vinegar.
I have tried several probiotics, but never ones with ashwaghanda. I do believe it is helping me have a more restful sleep. And like most probiotics, it keeps me regular. Pill size is easy to swallow. I would purchase again to see if the sleep benefits continue. the bottle they come in is dark blue, but I take 7 capsules out at a time and fill my daily pill container so hopefully they are stable in it. I take it first thing in the morning with water and black coffee. I intermittent fast so this sits in an empty stomach for hours without irritating or giving me stomach upset. maybe another benefit I can attribute to this is my energy level. the capsule is tasteless for any of those who can't stand to taste their supplements.

It wasn't as effective as other brands I tried. I heard the effectiveness of probiotics could vary depending on the person so it might work better for some people, but just not me!
