[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They fit like a glove, and it feels like I'm wearing socks, not shoes. After reading the reviews, I followed the advice of going with a 1/2 size smaller than what I normally wear. I'm usually a 7 1/2, but purchased a 7. I'm glad I did. If I purchased a 7 1/2, I think my heel would slide out as I walked.

The only complaint I have is that the backs are very flimsy, and they don't fit entirely snug, so I end up stepping on the back. That is fixable though, and they are definitely some of the cutest shoes I have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking shoe. The color is great. I could not wear them my foot kept slipping out the back. I gave them to my daughter and she loves them. I think it was because of how soft and flexible the heel is. I did try them on in a smaller size when in the mall and my foot still slipped out.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes are made of very nice leather and they look nice; I've gotten lots of compliments. But the fold-down optional heels are a real pain. If you opt not to fold them down you end up stepping on them and then you just look like a slob. I'm repeatedly stopping to adjust. I have very narrow feet so these loose heels just don't stay in place. I'm half-stepping out of them at all times. If you're not walking around at all or plan to wear them strictly folded down, they're great. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend at all.
I had these shoes for 4 months and only wore them 5-6 times before the entire side of the shoe ripped. I was told it was not mendable and Lucky refused to fix the problem. See the pictures. The insides and soles show that there is not tremendous wear on this pair. These are bad quality and you will be out of luck when they rip.
