My daughter received it for her 2nd birthday (I know, a little old) and loves it! For the last 2 weeks she's been having a hard time getting to sleep, has been having fits at bedtime and naptime. The day she received this she took it to bed with her and she didn't make a SOUND, went right to sleep. The next day was the same thing at nap and bedtime - not a peep. Whether it stays this way remains to be seen, but for now it's really nice to not have to listen to the 2 year old tantrums :)
I bought this for my son when he was about one week old. I was looking for something he could keep in the crib with him. It has been a nighttime staple and has gotten us through many early hour wakings. He loves the music and the light from the gloworm face. It is not too bright at night either! It was a MUST have when my son recently when through surgery. It was the one item that distracted and calmed him down during numerous taking of his vitals, etc. He is still using it at 6 months old and I foresee it being around for quite a while longer. He cannot start the music himself yet, but I think that is just around the corner. It is definitely going on my list for baby shower gifts in the future!
