Towel blot, slightly damp. Pour hot oil treatment into palm, rub hands together. The hot oil will heat up on contact with hands and damp hair. Work thoroughly through hair. Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse. (For deep conditioning, cover hair with a plastic cap for 15 minutes). Rinse with warm water. Shampooing is not necessary.
