I liked it because the preparation was easy!
I have low porosity, fine, 4c hair. This texturizer not only loosened my curls (to around 4b, 4a) but it also softened my hair and makes my wash and go's so much more easier! Timing is key!! Follow the instructions to a T and if it starts to itch (EVEN THE SLIGHTEST) wash it off! Work in sections and move quickly. 10/10

It worked pretty well for me. I put it on top of my old perm. And it worked and curled up !
How do I rate a product if it did not work for those intended, but I am aware that it worked for other family members in the past? On June 9, 2023, I repurchased Luster's Pink Scurl Extra Strength Texturizer for the 2023 year. This time it was for my Domestic Partner. Although I used both applications for both attempts in each hair processing setting, the product left both individuals' hair hard and unprocessed. Hear me out! During the process, the hair looked like it was transforming until it was washed out and dried. Then, the disappointment kicked in. Because negatives drain me, I always turn these situations into positive ones. This product does not work for these individuals' hair. Once again, what works for some might not work for others. Hair cream doesn't last long and it does break your hair! So if you have short hair use it but long hair and you want to keep it.. don't use this or your hair will break/pull off even by putting it into a pony tail and wrapping it and if you make a small mistake and pull it apart then there goes your hair! For short hair ppl only!
I did not like the fact that I was charged an under the 35.00 minimum fee at all! I have walmart in home in kitchen and I have never paid a fee for delivery!!!!

warning if u order from Walmart and FedEx is the delivery person u want get ir pkgs i will not be ordering from Wal-Mart untill this problem with fedex is soulved tired of my pkg getting miss delivered and fedex nor Wal-Mart is doing nothing about it
