These wash cloths are so soft and thick! They really are luxurious! I can't believe the price that I paid for them. What a great deal!
While the price suggests ""imperial"" quality, I found the product to prove otherwise. These towels and wash cloths are of ""ordinary"" quality. Mostly because they are not exceptionally soft, nor are they fluffy (soft yet mildly coarse and too thin for my preference). I intended to place the set of towels and wash cloths in the guest bath and thought the bow would provide an elegant touch, however the bow is NOT INCLUDED!!! Needless to say, this purchase was returned. ***side note*** I would like to report a recent positive experience I had while inquiring about returning an item purchased from hayneedle.com. I called customer service and spoke with a representative named Paula. Paula was very helpful during my inquisition. Indeed, Paula was knowledgeable, prompt and willing to go the extra mile to help reduce the cost of the return shipping. While I cannot recall ever returning any item purchased from hayneedle.com, and thus unfamiliar with the return policy, I must say, I was not prepared to pay a 1/4 of the product costs to return an item that I was duly unsatisfied with. However, Paula was able to reduce the shock of the return costs with reasonable resolve.
If I could give zero start then I would. It is totally not what I have expected. Size extremely small. Smaller than a handkerchief. Very thin. Way over priced. Do not buy.
