I was frustrated trying to put the soap in when I realized they now have two different dispensers one does kitchen dish washing soap the other does hand soap they are NOT inter changeable so you don't accidentally wash dishes with hand soap I guess. Ours came with a free monsters university cover that is adorable but kinda out of place in the kitchen but we will use this one for the kids bathroom since the cover snaps right off. so happy with this item!
I bought a no-touch hand dispenser for myself at Christmas time last year. This year I ordered them for my adult children and neighbors. I LOVE this item. It is so much more sanitary to slip your hand under the spout than to touch the top of the pump on other dispensers after you have been chopping chicken or conducting other messy kitchen tasks. I have had mine for a year and it still works great! The soap I bought with it was fine and I can refill it with any soap of my choosing.
Excellent soap dispenser. Very easy to use and keeps everything nice and clean.
Be aware of the refill confusion. I bought refills along with this system. Even though the refills for the kitchen system and hand soap system are nearly identical, they are NOT interchangeable. The packaging and advertising do not point that out. I contacted the company and they sent coupons for the correct refills.
Love this product but, I'm sorry to see its no longer available in the stores. I wish it was! Friends ask where I got it but they aren't willing to shop on line or pay shipping!
I've only had it for a week and it works just like it should. The separate refills I got fit just fine, I'm only worried because of some of the other reviews.
The only way this product could be improve is by a dial that would allow one to choose the quantity of soap dispensed.
Every household should have these. As a nurse, I see germs everywhere! This is a great product and its cheap! But refills can get expensive for large families!
It is very hard to find Lysol no touch dispensers...and never the stainless! Of course, walmart would...and on-line! I often shop walmart on-line...they have a lot of things you don't see in stores!
Really like these automatic soap dispensers and have one at every sink. I like that I can get soap on my hand to wash up without having to touch anything. Downside is the refills are a little pricy, however you can just pop the lid off the soap jar and refill it.
