My 6.5 year old son is wearing a size 6-8 relaxing, loose fit pajama sleep pants. He typically wears a size six. These pajama pants fit with a bit of room. I would say these fit closest to a size seven. They may be too tight on a size eight and should size up if your child is closer to the higher end if the size of these pajama pants. They are very soft and comfy.
This two pack of boys pajama pants are super soft and comfortable. They are a fleece material and will keep ou warm. My son is wearing a size 14-16 which is his normal size. These are a tiny bit big, however because they are for sleeping my son likes the to be a more relaxed fit. Perfect for cooler weather. These are a nice quality set.

My child new favorite brand of pajama pants by Mad Dog they are loose but run pretty big my child is wearing size 14 to 16 we had initially boughy 10 to 12 in this brand but they looked like he would grow out of them pretty quickly so we went to the size 14 to 16 we are going to keep them my child will eventually grow into them but overall they are relaxing and comfortable

Dinosaurs are his best friends and he couldn't help but put on the Dinosaur print ones first. He completely overlooked the other pair. I purchased these in the size 6 to 8 and they fit really well in my opinion. Both pair come with a standard elastic waistband and wide legs at the bottom.
