Beautiful purchase kids loved it. Good for all ages my 19 year old went down waterslide at 125 lbs held her weight fine love this thing
Easy to inflate and hook-up to hose, works well and easy to deflate. The only issue is cleaning the wading pool due to mud following use (if used on grass), but this is not their fault.
Bought a pair of these for my daughter's birthday. So much fun! Great quality and bigger than expected lol.
I bought this for my 13 year old son's birthday. First mistake was not reading there was only one bubble ball in a box. The photo on the front showed 2 kids playing in their own ball so I assumed there would be 2 balls in a box. After him opening his present did I realize it was useless without another bubble ball so I scrambled back to the store to get the other one since there was only one left. When we opened the box we could immediately tell it had been returned since it was dirty and missing the cap to the air valve. I returned that back to the store and ordered one online. After getting that 2nd one delivered and inflating them which was easy to do, my kids went outside to play and within the first 10 minutes one ball had gotten a slow leak from my one son falling. We patched it with the patch included in the box but it didn't hold. The other ball had torn inside where the handhold is around half of the seam and slowly started leaking air. It was too big of a rip to try and repair. We ended up returning everything to the store. It is a very fun idea and something my kids who are 13 and 14 got to enjoy for about 10 minutes before both bubble balls popped. I would not recommend buying this particular product but would but a more expensive and durable bubble ball that would last longer than these ones.
I purchased six of these for my young grandchildren, for Christmas. After one use, four out of the six had split seems. I used the patch kit to try and repair them as directed but it was useless on seams. Not happy, especially after reading the reviews. We will see what happens after I provide them the receipt and pictures as they have requested.
I agree with most all of the other reviews on this site. My kids had these balls for less than two hours and one ripped at the seam. I'm sure the other one would have, too. These products should be recalled and shipped back to the manufacturer. Since it's not the customer's fault (due to the faulty seams), Wal-Mart should offer the customers a full refund or gift card. I will be trying to return this product to the store. Anyone else who reads this--please do not waste your money on such junk! This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my four kids and it became a disaster!
This product was one we were excited to find in stores! We purchased two of them, one blue and one orange. The first afternoon that we played with them provided entertainment for the family. The next day our child invited friends over to play. After less than 20 minutes a seam on the blue one busted. For the price of this product, I expected better quality. $100 for an hour and a half of entertainment is a little pricey for me. I do not recommend this product at all. Do your research and find a similar product with better quality ratings so you don't waste your money.
My boys wanted these for Christmas and I was reluctant to buy them because they were so expensive, but I bought two anyway. They literally lasted less than two hours! They both got rips in the seems. Very poor quality! The box says that you can't return it to the store after opening and using, but after reading other reviews I found that the number on the box is a recorded message asking you to email three pictures and a copy of your receipt and then they would possibly get a refund. I didn't read that anyone actually got a refund so I took my chances and went to Walmart. Here's the thing, I didn't have the boxes and they were just rolled up in two giant heaps! I had my receipt and took my two opened, not-in-boxes Bubble Balls to customer service. They gave me a full refund and asked no questions! What a pleasant surprise. So, return it to the store if they pop :)
My daughters spent their Christmas money on a ball each, and after just two uses, both balls were deflated. Upon re inflating I found that both balls had holes at the seams, one a huge gaping hole about 4 inches, and the other a dime sized hole. Since the balls say they cannot be returned to Walmart (red flag!) I called the customer service number and a recording instructed me to email them (2nd red flag!). I sent photos of the holes (included here too) and asked for a full refund as clearly these are poorly made based on these reviews I'm now reading. They were fun for a day but don't waste your money on these!!! Hopefully the refund goes smoothly and I'm not issued another set of faulty balls.
I purchased two Bubble Balls in late November separately-a blue and an orange one-for my twelve year old son for Christmas. After using them both on Christmas Day, the blue one appears to have held up okay but the orange one appeared to be losing air shortly after he started using it. We didn't notice any holes. It appeared, upon close inspection, to be leaking at two different seams, so it was not patchable. I planned to exchange the defective one at the Walmart where I purchased them until I saw the notification on the bottom of the box that you cannot return to Walmart and, instead, must contact a phone number with no further details, other than a Chinese address. I did not have my receipt and all I truly wished to do was exchange it. I called the number several times and just got a recording instructing me to email customerservice2021@gmail.com with three pictures of the defect, the receipt, and contact information. I sent an email on 12/28/16 with no reply either by email or phone. I forwarded the email again on 1/2/17, stating again to please reply by email or phone. Still no reply, nor do I expect one at this point. Unfortunately, I can't use the BBB since it's some mystery Chinese manufacturer. My next attempt may be to contact Walmart or take it to my local store from which I purchased it but I doubt I'll have luck with that either. I hope Walmart stops dealing with this manufacturer (if it actually still exists) if they can't correct their faulty product and customer service.
