I tried this on my elbow and the muscle on the side of my arm. Before putting it on I would give myself about a 8 in pain but after using it once I went to a lite 2 then nothing. Not sure how long it took because I was watching tv and then noticed I wasn't in pain some time later. I would recommend.
I got it right and fantastically and instantly worked exactly as it says. I highly recommend it. My nightstand hands on when my arthritis kicks and doesn't let me sleep.

FIRST, THIS is no reflection on the product, this is 100% Walmarts horrible service lately...item was delivered...in an alley to some other house, the picture the driver took DOES NOT EVEN CONTAIN THE ITEM IN THE PICTURE...Im not even 100% sure whos house this is, not mine! Should have been delivered TO MY FRONT DOOR, AND A TEXT NEVER WAS SENT SAYING IT WAS BEING DELIVERED...I ORDERD IT TO BE SHIPPED!!! WALMART WORK ON YOUR COMMUNICATIONS AND LOGISTICS BECAUSE YOU REALLY ARE NOT DOING IT VERY WELL
