Leg Relaxing tablets work on about a half hour to 45 minutes. Sometimes have to take a second dose if I don't get to it in time. At first hint of the problem coming on, take immediately. Works 80% of the time.
We have been using this product for like a year, and it works wonders.. No more waking up with horrible leg cramps.
I found that I need to take these 3 times per day.
