The candle worked great for keeping mosquitoes and flies away and also had a nice floral scent BUT it needed 4 wicks instead of 3. I had to keep the wax trimmed down around the outer edge because it would not melt all of it. it would have been the perfect candle if it had had 4 wicks
Worst ever! DO NOT WASTE MONEY! Does not repel insects and burns unevenly making it unusable. Only lasts for 1 hour that's it. But only for looks. Hardly any smell to it at all.
bought ten of them. The wicks disintegrate and therefore can not be re-light. Had to make my own wicks out of dry string. Recommendation to manufacturer: Make with quality wick and charge a little more if necessary, it will save customers a lot of aggravation. Quality wick and I would give 5 stars
We have purchased these in previous years and decided to purchase again this year, however this year the scent is completely different and anyone sensitive to strong unnatural scents will definitely have an issue especially if they can keep the very cheap fast burning wicks lit... I had to replace all the wicks to even attempt to burn our candle this year, in the process I found a VERY VERY VERY SHARP thin piece of metal tac welded to the bottom of the tin it comes in and the metal piece goes about halfway up into the candle which is how I had the unfortunate experience of finding it while replacing the wicks... I now have 5 cuts all on fingers in various spots and have had to doctor my hand all due to this $5-6 candle. NOT WORTH IT.
Within 5 minutes of my first time using this candle the wicks tunneled down and died out. The candle actually almost looks like it craters on the inside... not worth it
The candle wont stay lit. It doesnt burn evenly. Makes holes. The liquid rises up over the wick and buries it. Will never purchase again. Although only about 6 bucks a total waste of money.
