We needed a bunch to get started stocking up our guest rooms. Not only do we use these everyday but some of our guests have even started buying them as well. Basic but great.
Fine for washing dishes. And they are a good size, too. Getting 18 washcloths for only $4 is amazing. They do the job and with 18 of them, I won't run low anytime soon. Very pleased with my purchase.
These towels are perfect for your hair when you get out of the shower. Not too thick, not to thin. Just the right size to wrap up your hair. I even bought them for a friend for her birthday and now she goes to Walmart to get these same towels. I sent these blankets to the Catskill Animal Sanctuary. I am sure they are loving them. I do use these towels at home for my hair when I get out of the shower. They are the perfect size and weight.
These washcloths are perfect for me. Thin and easy to wring out, can be bleached and not fall apart. Reasonably priced and easily replaced. Exactly what I was looking for.
These are the kind of towels I need when I go camping. They are not the heavy duty type towels that's why I like them a lot because they're light weight and easy to dry.
I was at the checkout line in Walmart and the clerk ran up all of my groceries and after I paid I noticed a stack of washcloths in an assortment of colors by the register and I asked the clerk how much they were, because I assumed somebody before me didn't want them, and the clerk said, $3.42 and I said, "I want to buy them!!!!! I had spent $15 buying 10 plain white washcloths on the Walmart web site a week before but those were more plush than these, but still for only $3.42 for a pack of 18 washcloths these were a bargain! I would buy more in a heartbeat.
All the cloth towels were inexpensively bought. I wanted some extra wash clothes, hand towels, and bath towels for around the house n in comparison they are thinner than my other towels but no different in durability and usage...they get my hands n face clean... the bath towels are little too small for my husband but I can use them just fine.... they are beautifully colored. I bought the tans and greens thank you walmart and mainstays
i like cotton toweling for many around the house and garage uses. i have bought literally dozens of these in various sizes for cleaning tasks. they start for hair or face drying or as kitchen towels. as they develop loose strings and unraveling edges--and they do!!-- they make it to the garage, outdoor or car cleaning towel pile-- then to oil changes and throw away situations or rag bags for neighbors throwaway use!-- they beg for them..lol. i am well pleased and buy a few at almost every store trip. i like the tan color best--the darks attract noticeable lint balls. good for window and car polishing jobs as they get very soft in the dryer with very little lint residue in use. ONE to small to bath dry a bear.. but great for other uses!!! i prefer to buy --in store-- to check them out as many have quality issues [ thin/bare spots-loose threads-poorly sewn edge seams - color variations ] and i like to check them first.
I bought them and in one wash they started coming apart. I know you get what you pay for, but come on.
Only pros are that I didn't spend more money, and they are actually not rough like even some more expensive towels become. Cons...the pros don't matter if they eventually look like a cat has shred them up...they're covered with a bunch of strings where the loops have just come out of the towel (from 1 to about 4 inches long). They are by far worst quality towels I've ever bought. Bought these smaller towels on vacation for my son to use in a vacation rental, so I bought the cheapest in case we didn't have room to bring them back and had to toss them. We had room so decided to bring them home for my sons bathroom. Now they are going in the trash cause they are just falling apart after only about 6 months of use. I wash them as I do any other towel we have...some of which are about 10 years old and doing just fine. I will say that when we bought these we also got two slightly higher priced Mainstays Basic towels for ourselves to use....the next higher priced cheap ones in the Maistays towel line...and they have held up perfectly (though admittedly not as soft). So if you're looking for a decent cheap towel...spend the little extra on those so you don't end up wasting your money when you have to toss these.
