I bought these pillows in the store and LOVE them. I ordered more online to get the size that I wanted. They are a great down alternative because they are plush like down but have more body and support than down. They are supportive but not firm. They're great for side sleepers that don't want a huge fat pillow that pushes your neck out of a natural position - and they're also good for my husband who sleeps on his stomach and/or back. So far they're holding up well.
These "firm" pillows are literally a pain in the neck. Way too soft and uncomfortable!
