Some times it is hard to take a chance and order an item which could potentially fall, or cause some other problem. I am extrmely satisfied with the manufacturing of this item, it truly outshines and outperforms higher end umbrellas. the coloring and the fabric, along with the overall quality make this a stand out item.
I bought 3 of these to shade the lounges around our pool. I figured I couldn't go wrong with the price and boy was I right! They are sturdy, withstand winds easily when well secured (mine are snuggly fit in the deck holes with PVC), and they even come with velcro tabs to hang lights if I wanted. They do not tilt and they are not real big, but they provide a perfectly nice shady escape from our hot Texas sun! I would purchase these again when it's necessary to replace the ones I have, but I can see these lasting for many summers with proper care.
I purchased this smaller umbrella to use while I sat in my chaise lounge. It is small enough to move around as the sun moves and is large enough to adequately cover me and the area around me. The color is nice also. It has not broken when big gusts of wind hit. I would recommend this product.
walmart says "save money-live better". this is a true statement. this product is a great product and the price is outstanding.
I did some searching online for umbrellas first. Our other one had been left out in a storm by accident, so it was damaged. I needed a new one to use on our current patio table, and this one worked great! I read all the reviews and went to see it in store. It was just what we needed and we're happy w/ it! I don't mind that it doesn't crank open/close, its not that big that it needs a crank-I think. We also bought an umbrella stand to use it w/ and so far so good w/ that too. Can't beat the $25 price tag on this umbrella!! I've already told my mom and sister about it. Thanks Walmart :)
Very nice product. Not too expensive and very well made! Attractive and easy to open and close. Walmart's service, as usual, very professional and courteous.
We have been looking for a smaller version of the market umbrella for over five years. We have a trellis/overhang on our patio and could not find an umbrella to fit our table. This one is perfect. We never expected an umbrella at such a REASONABLE cost to look so good!
Everything is great about this umbrella. The price and the structure of this umbrella is worth it. It is strong, sturdy, and easy to put up and down. I recommend this product.
The umbrella is very tall, so it took a few minutes to position it properly on my deck for optimal shading while sitting. However, I'm very satisfied with the look of it and the ease of assembling it. It hasn't had to withstand a strong wind yet, so I may have to edit this review in such an event! ;~)
The umbrella itself is a nice product and appears to be made well, matches sand dune set. The price was also good. I had previously purchased the sand dune 7 piece patio set and bought this to go with it. When I put it up it was so small compared to the set that it looked silly with it. There is a 7.5 ft version of this umbrella but it is $25 more and I don't think that one would big enough either. I'm going to look for a 9ft umbrella I think that size would fit this set better because it is a fairly large set. So if you are buying this for the sand dune 7 piece patio set I would not recommend.
