I love this set! I elected store pick-up but the box the set came in was huge and too large for my spacious SUV, so Customer Service graciously unboxed the set and loaded every piece into my car. I am a senior female. and I unloaded and put the set together alone within one hour. There is no assembly required, the metal seat frames come completely assembled (probably explains the huge box) but the cushions need to be placed and secured to the frames with the attached velcro loops, very easy! Metal brackets are also included to lock separate sections together. This is a very sturdy set and also comfortable with 4 inch cushions. I love the versatility of the set and the fabric is truly water repellent, water beads up with no absorption, just wipe the rain away and sit on a dry seat immediately! My deck has been transformed into a gorgeous living space and my dogs love lying on the oottomans next to me. I could not have made a better selection in this price range.
I bought this set for my front sittingroom. When i moved into my house i couldn't find any furniture that looked good in that room given the way it is shaped. When i saw this set i loved it and knew just where to put it. I get compliments all the time and knowone even thinks of it as being outdoor furniture. It cleans up great, my sittingroom is my favorite room in the house.
Study framework. Heavy material. Good quality. It is very nap worthy
We finished a 12'X12' deck with a 10'X10' gazebo and this set fits perfectly underneath. We love the posh look of it. The legs are somewhat short so if you're a person that has trouble standing from a sitting position, this may be too low. I was surprised at the 225 lb weight limit per piece as it appears to be able to hold more weight that that. Overall, we're very please and would highly recommend it.
All of my friends and family want to come to relax on this sectional in my back yard with a book and some iced-tea! This sectional arrived all in one 175-pound box which can be difficult to manage, but it worked for us and then the kids had a really cool huge box to make into a playhouse! There was very little waste in packing yet everything was packed so very carefully that it arrived in perfect condition. All the metal was wrapped in padded paper, easy to remove, and the cushions were used to protect the metal from rubbing the the box. There is no assembly, just unwrapping and arranging which takes less than an hour. Cushions and throw pillows are heavy and sturdy so I am not worried about wind blowing them away; in fact, I have not been using the Velcro on the seat cushions (just the backs and ottomans). Unless rain is in the forecast, we have been leaving all cushions out on our unprotected patio 24/7, but we did buy a 133 gallon box for storage. Unfortunately, it is impossible to fit all cushions in a box of that size though it is quite large; we put all pillows and back cushions in the box and stack the 5 seat cushions under a table in the house during wet weather. The set is comfortable and easy to configure in different arrangements. Heavier people might feel the bars under the seats through the cushions. The best feature might be the trays that fit under the ottoman cushions, but can be used on top of the cushions to make the ottoman into a stable and level table for drinks. The pictured umbrella was purchased separately for $50 including stand and really adds to the ambiance and comfort if it's sunny and warm. One suggestion would be to use a zip tie (saved from packing) or Velcro strap to stabilize the umbrella to the back of the sectional. So far, the set exceeds are expectations for the price we paid!
We obtain this sectional just a few weeks ago. We looked everywhere, and this was one of the only sectionals that looked rather descent for the price. We love it!!. The cushion fabric is water repelant, regardless, if you decide to get it, try to keep it under at least a cacibo roof. The only complaints that I have is the fact of the way it comes packed and shipped. Some of the cushions are over pressed by the chair iron, hence, they are flat out of the box. Find accent pillows and an outside rug, and you will find it perfect. Overall, I think is great. Price is fair. It looks elegant, and if you put it together the right way, it will not appear the price which you paid for.
I love this set and we are so glad we bought it. There are a few negative points worth mentioning however. 1. We are in a windy area and have had to add velcro straps to the cushions as they were inadequate for our location. 2. Everything was shipped in a single box and several of the pieces arrived damaged. We are having to sort that out with the carrier. Fortunately the manufacturer offers touch up paint to repair some of the damage. Set is very comfortable and overall we are pleased with our purchase.
After setting this sectional up in my sun room and stepping back to take a look at it, it appeared to be made for children to me. Although the overall appearance was nice, including the color of the cushions and pillows, it was simply too small. The seats and the backs of the chairs were low. I called my husband out to get his opinion. Without tainting his thoughts with mine, I asked with a smile "so how do you like it?" He looked at it for a few seconds, tilted his head sideways and asked, "how much was that little thing?" I couldn't stop laughing. We both sat on it and then laid across it. It's not the most comfortable seat in the world but not bad either. We are not big people but it still felt quite small to us. As far as quality, I can't imagine it would hold up very long outside. My main problem with this sectional was the size, so I packed it all up and returned it to Walmart.
The item arrived in a very dusty sealed box. One cushion was very dirty.
The delivery truck dropped off the patio furniture in one big box. I'm sure during shipment it was jostled and several pieces have dents or chips in them. Very disappointing.
