I really love this product and it is worth the money. Everything comes neatly in one box with easy to understand instructions. I put the whole set together by myself in about 2 hours. The only thing that was a pain in the butt there were 3 screws that didn't go all the way in. I took the screws out several times and retried but not use. Actually I screwed the scew in as far as it would go and put the little cap on the end of the screw. Good thing is it doesn't show and doesn't prevent sitting in the chair. Other than that I love the product and think it is a great value.

I was really nervous about ordering this set unseen. But I am sooo glad that I did! I REALLY love it! The cushions are thick and comfy, the coffee table is very pretty, and the coloring is very nice. My patio is now my son and my favorite place to hang out.
Absolutely love this conversation set. It is sturdy enough for my 350# son and that is one reason why I bought it. It is overall grey in color with tiny stripes of copper or gold tones. And, it is half the price for a comparable product.
After shopping around in stores and online, we decided to purchase this set for our backyard patio, mainly because of the price. We purchased the matching chaise lounge, as well. We are very pleased. The craftsmanship of the metal pieces are adequate. We didn't experience any problems with assembling. The picture directions were fairly easy to follow. During assembly, we used a hex tool that we already owned and not the hex wrench included with the set. This made assembly much easier. The sofas and chairs feel pretty sturdy and the table is no different. As for the cushions, they aren't as thick as we'd like-especially on the chaise lounge-but they are reasonable for the price. The set comes with two small accent pillows, but we recently purchased a couple of other pillows to add even more color to the set. Overall, we're very pleased with our purchase and we would recommend it-especially for what we paid-compared to other sets out there.
Ordered online for store pick up. Everything went smoothly arrived at store when stated. Brought home excited to put together to sit on it and relax and have a cold one! Opened the box and started separating the pieces and laying out in instructions and parts. Instructions easy to follow but found that my excitement soon lead to tears..this is a pain in the butt to put together!! All of the screws have a hex head to be tighten with an Allen Wrench which is provided....argh!!! Hate using an Allen Wrench...after starting on the love seat I found that I could not get one of the arms to match up with the holes...like it was warp or something. I tried pulling and standing on the back of the chair to make it reach but I was afraid I'd break a nail...yes I'm a girl..and when nails break they hurt! So seeing my eye's watering my husband came to the rescue with his drill and the hex bit ..oh and his man muscles (hallelujah, amen, thank you jesus) it would be ridiculously insane to try to put this entire set together with the allen wrench. He was able to pull the arm to the hole while I drilled it in. Taa-daa it worked...(starting to smile again) Using the hex drill cut the time by more than half - if you don't own one then barrow one it will prevent the assembly of this set from getting the best of you! After conquering the difficulty of the one arm I was able to put the remaining piece together by my self ..oh and with the help of the drill and hex bit...Did I mention to use a drill with a hex bit ..makes it super easy! With in a matter of 10-15 minutes it was all put together ...now time to add the cushions!! Ummm did they send me the wrong color?!? - Heads up color on site - NOT same color on cushions - also not same pattern/color on table!! Site shows a brown/gold cushions - actual color is a brown/slate/light blue/charcoal....hmm..doesn't go with the brown/dark brown out door rug I bought last week to prepare for this set..bummer! grrr (picture attached) The cushions have velcro straps on one side to strap to the chair's to prevent them from flying away - only con is that if you have a stain on a cushion...gee like a bird that poops on your cushion after eating berries for example - that you can't hide the stain by flipping the cushion over so be prepared to scrub ;o) The table is light blue, reddish brown, black and looks like marble - not the brown/gold brown speckle shown in the product picture. (picture attached) The pillows match dead on. Oh well I still love it ..just need to find a rug that matches it which I think might be a bit difficult because of the light colors in the cushions...I think a gray or blue gray rug would be nice. For the price its a great piece, nice and sturdy and not cheap looking at all. Would recommend as long as you are prepared for what I listed above you'll be happy with it!!
I found this to be a decent set for the money. The colors are neutral. It is not posh, but is comfortable. I found that the seams on the metal were not welded attractively (you only notice if you are looking directly at the seams). Also, the tool used to put it together tries your patience! If they had moved the holes a tiny bit over, it would have been much easier to assemble. Over all a good purchase. No regrets.
I very much enjoy this product. It has a great look for the right price. The only down falls to it are that the love seat backs only have one Velcro strap; all the other ones seem to have at least 2. There has been very windy conditions and without proper measures the backs fly right off. Also, we had a bit of trouble assembling things, some of the parts would not match up so we had to put it together in a opposite way in which the instructions told us. But other than those two things it looks great and i love the table with the marbled looking glass.
I was pleased when I opened the box and viewed the pieces. However, once everything was out and ready to assemble, there were no instructions or hardware. I called the enclosed customer service number only to be told that they didn't have the hardware set available, and would not receive them for 8 days at which point they could then send them to me. I had already waited 2 wks for it to come in via site to store, and was in need of the furniture now. I boxed everything back up and returned it to the store. Although the set seemed to be of good quality, I would not recommend this product due to the fact that I found the customer service rep from the manufacturer to be completely unsympathetic and very rude.
ordered this item and had it ship to store,soon i opened the box i was pretty excited to put it together,cushions look better than it was.but its really pain to put it together,most of the screws wont go all the way..definitely wont recommend this specially if ur going to assemble this alone..
