I am pleasantly surprised with how firm the wedge pillow is. I think it has the perfect amount of firmness and cushion. I recently had a baby and have been getting a lot of headaches. Before getting the wedge pillow I had to use multiple pillows for the right support I was looking for to get relief. The wedge pillow has given me the support I was looking for to take the pressure off. I also like when I wake up in the night to feed my baby I just prop the pillow up in bed and it is so comfortable too lean up against while I feed my baby in bed. My husband sleeps on his side and curled up in a ball and he said the pillow is harder to sleep on when he does that. I think it is best for those who sleep on their backs or on their side if not curled up in a ball. I also love how soft the pillow cover is on my skin
I got this pillow mainly as a movie pillow and pregnancy pillow and I love it! I let the pillow air out for about a day, and it was fully formed by that time. I am definitely a back-sleeper, which can be a struggle during pregnancy. I 'wedge' this pillow underneath one side of me to support me sleeping on my side. It helps me feel like I am still on my back, but I am inclined just enough to allow full blood circulation. For movie-watching, it is awesome! It puts me on just enough of an incline to where I can watch the movie, and yet still feel relaxed. I usually just stick a pillow at the top of it for some neck support. It's big enough that my husband can squeeze on it with me, too. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who likes a little support to be on an incline. I haven't been sick since I bought it, but I'm sure it would really help if you had a cold and were having trouble breathing.

I have back pain when laying down flat so I have been looking for a wedge pillow that would be comfortable for me with a gradual incline and this Z Wedge is perfect! I also love the feel of the bamboo cover and it's removable and washable which is definitely a plus.
No more Tums at bed time, which I would of purchased this pillow much earlier.
