There are a few reasons why I really like this. First off, they're raw and high in protein, which is just what I was looking for. Plus, they're easy to store. I've also found them great for making hemp milk. My only qualms are the price and availability - I wish they were more affordable and easier to find. But overall, these are a fantastic addition to my kitchen.
