You are what you eat! Foods like Hemp Hearts which are packed with fiber, protein and many other minerals are essential to maintaining good health including having a strong immune system that is essential to keeping an array of ailments away without needing a medicine cabinet full of pills. Adding Hemp Hearts to oatmeal, smoothies, veggie dishes and other foods makes them easy to eat. I have been doing that for years and rarely need to see a Dr except for checkups. I love Manitoba Harvest Hemp seeds! As a Certified Health Coach what I put in my body is very important! I eat these every day, either on oatmeal, salads, veggies, and soups. Contains protein, Omegas 3 & 6, only 1 carb, and a bunch of other healthy vitamins like 45% magnesium. What's not to love with this power house seed!
Good organic seeds
I love the organic hemp hearts they are so delicious. I love making hemp milk, topping off my yogurt and salads, handfuls are so awesome also. They make everything extra wonderful!
This was my first time trying hemp hearts and I was pleased with the taste plus ease with which I could add it to foods I already eat. I didn't notice at first the label said to refrigerate after opening, but the seal on the bag is convenient and effective so there was no problem with simply keeping it in the fridge from then on, the hemp hearts were still fresh.
My usual brand has been out of stock for a while, so I took a chance with Manitoba and I am ecstatic about their small size, quality, and taste!!!
Excellent product. Always arrives fresh right from manufacturer. I use it to top my bowl of cereal before I pour non-dairy milk on it. Full protein amino acid profile to give me my protein as I am vegan.

These Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts are a great way to get ones daily omegas. I've been adding them to dishes for years and can't say enough about what a good product they are!
Both my wife and I enjoy the delicious nutty taste of Manitoba Harvest Organic Hemp Hearts, especially at breakfast, or as a snack. Having a healthy, nutritious, plant-based breakfast as a mainstay gets our days off to a great start! We can highly recommend this product.
