love it! easy to assemble and matches the rest of my patio furniture. bottom of one of the chairs was nicked during shipping, but still looks great and is sturdy. will contact company for another seat.
But I would caution - the wooden comes with blemishes or nicks. The screws don't hold the chairs in place (you need to tighten them often). The chairs are deep, I purchased oblong pillows for the back of the chairs.
The set would be given 5 stars if one of the chairs didn't arrive broken. We're trying to get a replacement chair from the company. Hoping for good customer service.
I liked the three piece set I purchased so I bought the seven piece. The shipment says all was delivered but I am still waiting for two chairs and to hear back from Hayneedle on its whereabouts. The product is not to my liking. The staining/painting was done in a sloppy manner, the boards are dinged, there is writing on one chair and a scratch in the table.
