I've had mine for 3 years now. I take mine tailgating and on vacations every year. Family and friends have come to expect me to bring it. We all love it. The only complaint would be the battery doesn't last for as many drinks as advertised, but that is probably because we like our drinks thick and need to shave extra ice in each drink. Problem solved with the purchase of an extra battery.
DRINKS COME OUT SO MUCH BETTER THAN WITH A CONVENTIONAL BLENDER.
I have had mine for two years, it still works like the day I bought it. We have used it in the boat, camping and even to make slushes for the children!
Just used yesterday for the first time. It was so simple to operate with great instructions! It does not need massive amounts of ice to make drinks. Can't wait to use on my deck. By the pool, or on our boat.
This unit is very nice and it works well. BUT they should have an AC adapter to use when the battery no longer is charged enough to make drinks? No matter how many drinks you get the battery does not last long enough. With an adapter that plugs right into the battery position you can continue to use the unit?
I agree with previous posters, the battery stinks! And at $80 a pop, someone is making some $$$$$$$$, and it ain't me. Wish I had gotten the corded version now. Once the battery goes, the party's over. And it goes fast. And it will no longer charge after about 6 months.
