we used to love the lighthouse blue cheese. it was our go to, but Walmart stopped selling it. this brand is the next best.
Excellent blue cheese great for salad or wings really creamy and chunky.
This is the only blue cheese dressing we've found that is KETO with zero sugar added and the only one my husband will eat. Tastes excellent. Strong bleu cheese taste.
The best blue cheese ever
I loved this and wish bone chunky blue cheese needs to be tooken off this planet they suck but this blue cheese should be the new standard for all blue cheese
The dressing itself is fine, but the packaging is horrible and unhygienic. I absolutely hate jar packaging for stuff like this, and there's absolutely no need for it seeing as dressing is thin enough to put in a regular bottle. You have to dip a utensil in here repeatedly, which is gross and unhygienic, or extremely tedious because you have to wash and wipe said utensil every time you touch the other food with it. After all, this is meant to be in your fridge for months-you don't want remnants of food that only stays good for a couple days mixed in there growing god knows what like a Petri dish. And you can't just pour this dressing out of the jar either, WAY too much will come out and it'll get everywhere including all over the side of the jar rim. Just such a stupid pointless design. I guess it's supposed to look fancier, but it's just dumb. There's a reason why the classic dressing bottle is shaped the way it is-because it works. Whoever is in charge of packaging design at Marie's should be fired.
This is not chunky at all. It is not what it used to be, THE BEST. Now it can be poured right out of the container with no CHUNKS at all. At first we thought it was just a bad batch, but tried is several times recently and every container is the same pourable dressing. More expensive and less chunky. NO THANKS, will try another brand and hopefully it will be as advertised "Chunky"
I noticed a difference in the recipe and quality of the recent purchase. Thinner consistency, hardly any blue cheese crumbles. Separated after a short time in fridge, also color changed to darker shade after opening. I checked to see if it was expired but it wasn't. Please go back to former recipe and quality!
I have now had two bottles of dressing separate and become so disgusting; shaking does nothing to remedy it. I wondered if the change to soybean oil was the cause and noticed others refer to that as well. I loved this dressing prior to the change. I hope they will go back to the original!
Marie's used to make the best blue cheese salad dressing on the planet. Now they don't. Soybean oil is now the main ingredient. Their loyal customers would have never asked them to do this. And I don't know why they would unless profit is the ONLY reason. Here was a great product that actually got worse.
