Enjoyed drinking this. Unsure of the benefits as have not been using it long enough but it tastes good and I like the variety of flavours
I love the taste, it's very pleasant! I really wanted a supplement in this form, but with a pleasant taste and high collagen concentration. It has become my favourite!
Really good quality collagen. Like the simple list of ingredients and the fact that it comes in really easy to use pouches. In Cold water, it takes a little while to dissolve sometimes, but not too bad much easier than some others. The flavor/taste is actually quite mild as well and doesn't have a weird aftertaste. I've been using this for a while now and feel like it is the great addition to my diet and actually has shown an improvement on my skin.
Hope this is really effective and shows the improvement! I just started taking the package per day. We will see!
Marine collagen is the most bioavailable form of collagen. 10 individual packets are great for on the go and travel. Both the lemon and the pomegranate taste good, you can however expect slightly fishy aftertaste that is really not bad. I love that it has vitamin C which is important for collagen synthesis. It also has hyaluronic acid to hydrate skin. I would use this product again.
I usually dissolve a scoop of collagen powder in my coffee. I purchased these packs fro travel, not realizing that the product was flavored. Must be dissolved in water or juice unless you like pomegranate coffee :-)
The quality of this collagen seems to be ok, but the effectiveness remains to be seen. The flavors are weak, it takes 3 to flavor a standard (trending) tumbler size. IMO: It's not a good value.
Not quite sure of the benefits yet, but in terms of flavours, the pomegranate is indeed a bit strange. The lemon is better, but neither can be mixed into your other drinks like coffee without affecting its taste. Drinking the lemon standalone is ok. I used to drink college powder without flavour before, and I think I'll stick to that after.
In general its great to get some collagen peptides but this flavor is not really good leaving an aftertaste which took my stomach some time to get use to Take it in the mornings on empty stomach
Really really tastes bad I kept having gag reflexes I don't like the pomegranate Maybe I'll try the lemon I'm going to finish it anyway
