This is William's wife Tammy and I LOVE this DELISH Apple Cinnamon Brioche bread! I have Bill pick me up about 4 loaves of that stuff when they have it cuz it's SO good especially warm with a little butter! YUM!
Used this to make French toast. Everyone loved it.
When you get it fresh, it is nice and soft and fluffy to the touch. The cinnamon is just right with just a pinch of apple. The flavors combined are wonderful.
This isn't overly sweet which is what I like about it. It is great toasted.
This bread is delicious with cream cheese. My only issue is that there are no apples, at least I don't notice or taste any. It would taste even better if it did have apples baked in though.
Taste yummy and not too sweet but much more drier than the vanilla brioche one.
I'd give this about 2.5 stars. It has a decent flavor but needs more apple pieces.
On opening the product aroma was good but the texture was dry and it needs more apple. We love the Marbled Chocolate Brioche which is always moist and flavorful but this is our first time trying the Apple Cinnamon - it was a disappointment. Maybe try again after the New Year...
