we got this in a pickup order today and it just doesnt look appealing... now i have to go get another bag of lettuce for our meal tonight it's just frustrating the person picking the orders should have considered if they'd eat this or not... lesson learned
I ordered shredded lettuce and this is what I received….this is awful. It's not even worth the time to start a return. I expect your shoppers to shop as if they are shopping for their own family. I also trust that you are not selling us, the consumers, this quality product. You need to retrain your shoppers and step up your QA department. I will be reposting this on different platforms so maybe someone will be held accountable. This is certainly not the first time. I shop with you 4 or 5 times a week sometimes 2 maybe 3 times a day. Shame on you Walmart!!!
Very disappointed how I received the lettuce I paid for. When I removed the bag of lettuce from the shopping bag, I discovered it was already spoiled.
disliked getting nasty brown lettuce. guess i shouldve went in to select one that wasn't bad. It wouldnt allow me to post until i selected a star. Zero stars....
I did the pick up for groceries and when I got home the shredded lettuce I ordered was all brown. with gas prices being so high wasn't going to drive all the way back to the store to return it. It would cost me more in gas then what the lettuce cost. Person who picked it should be ashamed.
I have the same complaint everyone else has they always give expired produce when you do a pick up order, it's a shame we spend hard earned money on food that's inedible. I know quite a few disabled people who use the pick up service. Walmart already has their customers do all the work other than stocking shelves (picking groceries, ringing them up, bagging and then carrying out to their car) which is extremely difficult for someone who can barely get to the store and shop for themselves, but to further add insult they give you produce that is rotten. I think it's time for me to cancel my Walmart membership and take my business to Harris Teeter or Publix.
It seems like the pickers in the Port Orchard Walmart are trained to give online shoppers the worst quality produce in the store. I am constantly getting produce that is a day or 2 away from the expiration date, and clearly inedible. And this is not the first time.
This is the lettuce i picked up from my online order. very disgusted at the quality and the utter carelessness of whoever thought this item was worth paying for. This isn't the first, second or even third time this has happened. Definitely disappointed!
Go to the store and pick it our yourself - I have shredded lettuce in my refrigerator that has been there for 10 days that is in better shape than these... Who are we kidding, I have dirt in my yard that isn't as brown as this lettuce. Sorry, I wasn't going to dig it out of my trash for a better picture.
I get this lettuce every single week because it's convenient to already have chopped up for sandwiches. This week it was received completely brown and out of date as of tomorrow and will need to be thrown away before even opening. It's disappointing throwing $ away when the in store shopper should've seen it was clearly bad. I will not be purchasing produce via pick up again.
