I absolutely love the quality, quantity and the price! The best red meat you can get for the price. Organic grass fed 85 15 beef. Great healthy option. I don't feel bad about eating this what so ever. And neither should you. I cut them in threes and usually put one in the freezer. And cook the others by the expiration date. My mother and I were comparing prices food and the best places to shop. She was blown away with disbelief the price. She couldn't believe me. I told her I purchase online and get it delivered and I have never had a problem with this item. Seems to always in stock at my wm. Will definitely keep buying.
you sub grass fed ground beef for chili meat with a difference in price of $9.00 more expensive. i understand that this could have been the only meat available to sub with because of the bad weather. so ill accept it today!
I normally have no problems with this meat but my recent purchase of this beef was a total waste of $17.48. It tasted terribly off. Not in a “this meat is old” sort of way. More so in a “this cow was not well” sort of way. All 3 packs had to go in the trash.
In the past this was good. This purchase was a completely different color, much lighter, and when I fried it in my skillet, it had about three times as much grease, as normal. At least two cups of grease in one pound. I normally purchase this offten. I will not be purchasing again
Found the vacuum seal Package was compromised when I got home. Keep an eye out for unsafe or improperly packaged meat items.
Check the expiration date. I had this delivered on 9/15/23 and the expiration date was 9/10/23
I have officially given up. I have tried buying the meat through pick up and they sell me meat that either expires tomorrow or is already expired. It's easy to get a refund, sure. But it defeats the whole purpose if I can't count on the store to stock fresh meat. We know the shoppers are not 50 year old moms, but this isn't on them. The meat shouldn't be out for them to pick up if its best by date was six days ago. Someone isn't paying attention, and no matter how often I've pointed it out, it doesn't improve.
Says grass finished on the picture of the back of the package on the website, but it does not say grass finished on actual package. I feel deceived.
They shouldn't offer things on-line that they don't have and you give them the right to substitute the item with the best choice and it showed items, but then there where no substitutions, just not right.
The meat says use or freeze by the 8th I did my order and received it on the 16th. Please watch grocery orders. It was not frozen when I received it and my 2 year old got sick.
