There needs to be better quality control to keep discard items from being packaged. I recently got a 9oz. bag of this salad and it had the entire stem ball in the bag, which is supposed to be removed and thrown out. A screen or pins of some sort could eliminate this issue by catching them as they're processed. The product was due to expire on the day of purchase. I purchased it 10/3/22. Did not notice until I opened the salad bag today. Some parts are dark and not safe for eating. Would like a refund and I know accidents happen and maybe whoever grabbed the bag didn't know. Thank you. Have a nice day.
Terrible selection. It would've been better if the shopper had just not chosen it, or had chosen my alternate. It's rotten and old and brown and just a terrible mess that is going to go in the garbage.
This item appears to have frozen and thawed and should have been discarded. The entire bag is slimy. Poor choice by your employee to dump this on your customers. I will be requesting a refund. This store needs to do better to keep my business.
Decided to order a romaine salad bag due to normal freshness and length of time it lasts. When I began putting up my cold items I looked at the romaine salad bag and found that the freshness was gone actually nearly done for. The entire bag was rusty……the color lettuce looks just before spoiling. Had company come in from out of town so I couldn't return it! Picture doesn't show how bad it is🙁
Received a bag of shredded red cabbage! Hardly any lettuce in it at all. Walmart will only refund if I bring it into a store for return. I don't drive, don't have a car, and that is why I get my items delivered from the store. Will not shop again! Kroger will now be my go to store! Picture is of unopened bag I received for $5!
Looks spoiled. Lettuce already turning brown. Grocery pickers don't care about their job!! Would they eat this?!
Did a pick up order today and whoever picked my order gave me brown slimy lettuce. If they wouldn't serve it to their own families, don't expect customers too. Now i have to drive 30 miles to return brown lettuce
I ordered 2 - 16 oz. bags and I received 1 - 16 oz. and 1 - 9 oz and was charged for 2 - 16 oz. Bags.
Honestly what is Walmart doing with their produce???? Quality has gone down the toilet. I opened a fresh bag of this to make a salad and out falls a dead fly onto my plate. YUCK!!!
